Description
A double‑layer roof panel roll‑forming machine is one‑set integrated cold‑roll forming equipment. It can manufacture two different types of metal roof and wall panels on one single production‑line.
Two groups of forming roller stations are installed on the same machine frame. Workers can switch between two profiles freely, to produce trapezoidal roof sheets, corrugated wall panels or glazed‑style steel tiles. It saves factory space and equipment purchasing cost for metal‑sheet manufacturers.

The complete double‑layer roof‑panel production line includes these modular parts:
- Uncoiler
Holds raw galvanized or color‑steel coils, unwinds steel strip steadily for feeding.
- Feeding‑in Guide Frame
Straps the metal strip and prevents material offset.

- Fixed‑length flying shear
